摘要

This report mainly describes the recent development of food industry in P. R. China based on the record of supervision and inspection about food by National Center of Supervision and Inspection on Food Quality (Shanghai), and indicates that the food industry has been promoted by food science and technology, and analyze the recent record of supervision and inspection about a part of foodstuff, such as charqui and tea to summarize the tendency of supervision and inspection on food safety simply based on the change of examine item number and the alternation of the examine score of restrictive compounds such as antibiotic, pesticide , heavy metals and so on.
