Design of Silicon Piezoresistive High-shocking Accelerometer

摘要

In this paper at first we introduced one kind of silicon piezoresitive high-shocking accelerometer whose structure is circular flat diaphragm with clamped edge. And subsequently we introduced detailedly it's working principle, structural design, shape and layout of the resistor, and fabricating process.
