As the performance of computers improve, it becomes possible to simulate larger-scale and more detailed traffic flows. In this research,a road traffic system has been modeled as a hierarchical autonomous decentralized system by constructing three kinds of model correspondto roads, vehicles and drivers. By modeling vehicles and drivers separately, it is possible to consider independently physical dynamics andissues related to information and decision-makings. This paper focuses on the driving decision-making model. To improve the accuracy (orreality) of the decision-making and the operation of a human driver, the part of the model concerning the steering operation is reconsidered.Moreover, it is confirmed that the revised model can reveal more human-like behavior than the previous one.
