The present study aims to identify the intellectual structure of computed-supported collaborate learning (CSCL) so as to provide more insights into the research trend, the most influential scholars, categories, and regions. This paper analyzed the articles and conference publications derived from Web of Science (WOS) in the field of CSCL from 2006 to 2016. A total of 792 articles were selected and analyzed by the Citespace, which was a freely java application to analyze and visualize the trends of scientific publications. The results indicated that wiki, macro script, serious game, and system were the research hot topics in this domain. Environment, student and technology were the most frequently used words in the field of CSCL. Furthermore, it was found that Nussbaum M and Kirschner PA were the most influential researchers. The category of Education & Educational Research were the most common category in this field. To integrate the bibliographical method and visualization techniques in the field of CSCL was just an attempt. The implications, limitations, and future studies were also discussed in detail.
