Integrated circuit components and receivers for millimeter-wave applications

摘要

This paper describes the performance of various millimeter-wave planar integrated circuit components including mixers, Gunn VCOs, frequency multipliers, switches, attenuators, filters and couplers. Using these components as building blocks, several receiver front-end systems have been built at Ka-, V- and W-band.
