Innovate talent cultivating mechanism-achieve digital media development —Thoughts on digital media major talents cultivating mode

Digital media is a talent-shortage major under current development stage and has been included into the badly-needed talents list. Colleges and universities of various regions have been actively establishing and improving the major and clearing that practical talent cultivating is the key to the development of digital media major during innovation process. This paper studies the innovative development of talent cultivating mode of digital media major and finds out deficiencies of the talent cultivating of digital media major under development. Accordingly, it puts forward improvement suggestions to innovate the cultivating mode so as to provide sufficient talent resources beneficial to the sound development of digital media industry.
