摘要

Outward bound uses sports activities as its carrier, psychological cognition as its breach, organizational behaviorism as its measure. It also employs management theories in its practice. It can therefore stimulate individual potential, nurture psychological quality, improve survival skills and build up team spirits. This thesis intends to apply field research and deduction to discuss the internal relationship between outward bound and exploration of human resources. My conclusion is: improving psychological quality is the basis for the exploration of human resources; strengthening survival skills is the content for the exploration of human resources; nurturing team spirits is the objective of the exploration of human resources and outward bound is the creative approach for the exploration of human resources.
