摘要

The authors accomplished to construct the margarine processing plant which withstands pressure, as shown in Fig, 4. A scraped-surface heat exchanger was used for the cooler unit. Every cooler was designed to withstand maximum 50 MPa. Pressure was controlled by changing the flow rate of the gear pump which was equipped at the end of the process.
