Analysis of sigma-delta modulator with distributed feedback

摘要

Matrix form representation of sigma-delta modulator structure allows to easily obtain it's signal and noise transfer functions. Those functions are necessary to analyze important modulator features: potential signal to noise ratio and stability of the modulator. An example of 5^th order modulator is presented.
