Ofatumumab for use in the treatment of multiple sclerosis, including:(a) where appropriate, administration of a B cell and/or T cell inhibitor other than ofatumumab;(b) monitoring serum IgG levels;(c) Selecting ofatumumab as a B cell and/or T cell inhibitor when serum IgG levels drop.
