The silver particles prepared according to the present invention are excellent in sintering properties for a short time at a low temperature by performing a polyol reaction method using a catalyst composed of a metalloid, a post-fast transition metal, a lanthanide metal, and a 4 cycle 6 cycle transition metal at room temperature. It also has excellent adhesion to substrates, etc., and can have high conductivity and heat dissipation properties. Since the silver particles according to the present invention have the above characteristics, they can be widely used in various electrical and chemical articles, such as silver nano-inks for forming them, as well as silver conductive films and wires having low resistance.
