MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A LOW TEMPERATURE SINTERED ACTIVE ELECTRODE PASTE FOR A DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL, CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING A LOW TEMPERATURE SINTERING PASTE CAPABLE OF BEING COATED WITHOUT MICRO-CRACK BY FORMING A NETWORK BETWEEN A TITANIUM DIOXIDE NANOPARTICLE AND A TITANIUM DIOXIDE PRECURSOR
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide paste manufactures a titanium dioxide paste with high energy conversion efficiency and capable of being sintered at low temperature and forming a uniform coating layer.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide paste includes a step of adding a titanium dioxide nanoparticle into water, an alcohol, or a mixed solvent thereof; a step dispersing the mixture with ultrasonic waves; a step of adding a titanium dioxide precursor into the dispersion; and a step of stirring the mixture. The alcohol is ethanol, methanol, propanol, or butanol. The amount of the titanium dioxide added is 7-13 wt% of the total weight of the titanium dioxide paste.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
