Clutches, friction.- Three-speed gearing of the kind described in 7674/06 is arranged together with a clutch in the hub of a motorcycle, the belt pulley carrier T, T2 being constructed so as to overhang the hub, which may therefore be as long as possible. The driving-sleeve Z of the change-speed gear is formed internally with a clutch surface which is engaged by radiallymovable members W connected to the driving-pulley.
