Dog leashes.-In a dog lead, of the kind having a fitting comprising two arms c2, c3 pivoted together to form at their outer ends a ring c4 for attachment to the dog collar, the inner ends of the levers being connected to a link e on the lead, a slip-rein d is provided, which, when pulled, draws a ring d' along the rear divergent ends of the arms c2, c3, forcing them inwardly and so opening the ring c4. When released, the ring d2 allows the arms c2, c3 to be spring-pressed to closed position.
