A combined rolling-pin and flour sifter is made with one or both ends detachable and perforated so that the tubular pin can be filled with flour which can be sifted therethrough. The ends may be a push-in fit or be secured, e.g., by a bayonet joint. An obturating device may be used to mask the end perforations. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 650,229.
