[Also in Group XX] An adjustable device for holding articles in hold-alls for camera outfits comprises a channel member 1, Fig. 1, attached or attachable to the interior of a receptacle and with a longitudinal slot 2 having a number of spaced equal enlargements 2SP1/SP, a guide member 9 slidable on the channel member and carrying a holding element, a stud 10 the shank of which is free to move in an aperture in the guide member and which extends through the slot of the channel member, terminating in an enlarged base 11, Fig. 6, which will pass through the enlargements 2SP1/SP but not through the slots 2, a blade spring 12 having one end fixed to the guide member through the slot 2 and the other end tending to urge the base 11 of the stud into any enlargement presented thereto on sliding the guide member 9 on the channel member 1, and means for holding guide member 9 on the channel member, which may comprise the blade spring itself being sufficiently wide not to pass through the slot 2 of the channel member 1. The channel member 1 may be transversely slidable on guide strips 3 and 4 mounted on the wall of the receptacle. A claw 7 hooks over the edge of guide strip 3 is connected by tension springs 8 through the channel member 1, and urges the incurved ends 5 and 6 of the channel member into engagement with a serrated edge of the guide strip 4. The guide member 9 supports a spring bracket 13, Fig. 7, and a table element 14. A pair of these elements face each other so as a support for a camera. In Fig. 7, the bracket is shown supported by a channel member 1 which is rigidly fixed to the wall of the receptacle. Several adjustable supporting members may be provided in the receptacle for supporting camera accessories such as exposure meters, lens hoods, objectives and the like.
