Parcel-carriers; bags; trunks &c.-The straps a, b of a parcel carrier are connected together by a pair of straps f, which pass at their crossing- point through a ring h having a cross-bar i. A pair of crossed straps, passing through a ring as above described, may be used for securing articles to the interior or exterior of portmanteaus, hold- alls, trunks, boxes, bags, and other articles. Slotted discs k, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, may be used in place of the ring h, or the straps may be simply secured together at their crossing- point.
