The arrangement comprises a folded envelope (1) having a number of support panels or compartments (3) to each of which one end of a card (6) is secured. One end of the socks (8) is secured to a longitudinal side (7) of the card, the other end projecting beyond the opposite side and secured to a longitudinal side (9) of a second card (10). The second card (10) is movable, sliding below the fixed card (6), and has its other longitudinal side secured to the adjacent support panel (3) or to the envelope along a line which does not coincide with the fold of the envelope, so that relative displacement between this card (20) and the support panel is possible.
