PURPOSE:To make it possible to eliminate an acuator exclusively used for turning a cover, by engaging a cover mounting bed with a key in a spindle so that the phase alignment between the engaging raised section of a clamp ring for securing the cover to the main body side and the engaging raised section of the cover, is made by the turning of the spindle. CONSTITUTION:In order to attach a cover 4, a spindle 1 is turned, after a key 1a in the spindle 1 is engaged in a groove 9b in a cover mounting bed 9, to turn the cover mounting bed 9 through the key 1a. By turning the cover by a predetermined amount, the engaging raised section of the cover is aligned in phase with the engaging raised section of a clamp ring 3. The claw 10a of a retainer pawl 10 is also aligned with a notch 4c in the cover 4. Then, when the alignment between the engaging raised sections is completed, the calmp ring 4 is hydraulically lifted up so that the engaging raised section 3a is engaged with the lower side of the engaging raised section of the cover to lift up the cover 4, thereby a positioning pin 5 is fitted into a pin hole 2a in a carbic coupling.
