Method of clinical diagnosis in vitro.Consists in Testing a sample of a Physiological Fluid, such as Blood, Blood Serum or blood plasma from the patient, coming in contact with Monoclonal Antibodies to mucinous antigen (SIMA) of small intestine and large intestine of mucinous antigen (Lima) or its fragment S, marked with an enzyme or a Radioisotope.And detect the presence of the fixation of these labeled Antibodies or their Fragments, their corresponding antigens. It has applications to Diagnose cancer of the Gastrointestinal Tract, Breast, Lung, stomach and ovaries.
