This invention belongs to fodder production and can be applied to aviculture: for chicken-broiler, fleshy and layer, brood and industrial hen feeding. The purpose is to increase bird productivity and resistance to diseases, improving the assimilation of the alimentary substances of the main ration by a bird organism. The birdseed is prepared putting 0.1-0,3% of the fermentation premix, which has the fermentation activities described below, into a main ration (units/g):β-glucanase - 100+-10proteolitic - 10+-1lysozymic - 100+-10amylolytic - not less than 100.When the birds are fed with this birdfeed, they grow better, the average quality is increased, the laying, birdseed conversion increases, and morbidity decreases, because assimilation of alimentary substances of the main ration becomes better in the bird's organism.
