FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: method envisages arrangement of weighing device surface guiding loose mix at angle of inclination to its horizontal position, supply of loose mixture onto upper part of guide surface and reception of loose mix from lower part of guide surface, sliding and rolling by gravity under action of force of gravity of loose mixture particles downward along guide surface, measurement of vertical force of sum of forces of gravity of weighing device and loose mixture located on its guide surface moving under gravity, calculation of mass flow of loose mixture in unit of time and weight dosing of loose mixture in container located below or in line of loose mixture distribution. Length, physical and mechanical properties of material and shape of cross section of guide surface are given in form of numbers, physical and mechanical properties of loose mixture, range of change of angle of inclination of weighing structure guide surface from 0 to 90°. Additionally, vibration or vibration guide surface in horizontal plane is performed, amplitude and frequency of oscillations at vibration are controlled, angle of inclination of guide surface is measured, weighted and dosed mixture speed value under gravity is calculated by force of gravity. Calculating product of measured angle of inclination of guide surface cosine and value of speed and quality of weighted and dosed loose mixture under gravity is calculated by force of gravity and maximum value of this product and corresponding to maximum value of optimal angle of inclination value of guide surface are determined. Then, preset signal of inclination angle of guide surface is generated, measured angle is compared with generated preset signal of inclination angle of guide surface to adjust inclination angle of structure. Device comprises guide surface of weighted and dosed loose mix motion in weighing structure (1), force sensor (2), computing unit (3), interface unit with indicator of flow rate and dose of loose mixture (4). Device also comprises setter of guide (5) material type, setter of guide (6) cross-section shape, setter of loose mix (7) type, inclination angle variation range setting device (8), unit for gravity flow rate of loose mixture calculating for determining time delay and inclination angle of guide (9), vibration amplitude setter (10), vibration frequency setting device (11), selector of guide (12) inclination angle, angular position sensor (13), guide inclination angle regulator (14), electric motor to change angle of inclination of guide (15), worm or other gear (16), amplitude amplifier (17), frequency generator (18), actuator of vibrator (19).;EFFECT: refusal of external source of power, use for transportation of mixture during weighing in its flow due to energy only of gravity, performing motion of weighted loose mix by gravity via guide surface, as well as automatic installation of such inclination angle of guide surface, at which vertical projection of gravity of weighted mixture and speed of weighted mix by gravity have sufficiently large value from respective ranges of possible values, while value of product of said two technical and process values has highest value.;2 cl, 5 dwg
