The polyester fiber is manufactured by super high speed spinning method comprising: spinning polyethylene terephthalate of 0.65 inherent viscosity at 6000 m/min spinning speed with heating the lower part of the spinneret, then oiling; drawing by passing through the 1st godet roller and the 2nd godet roller. In the process, before the drawing, the fiber bath is heat-treated onto the hot plate of 110-140 C. The obtd. polyester fiber has 7-9% of boiling water shrinkage ratio (100 C hot water 15 min) and 35-45% of crystalization degree.
