The process is for manufacturing fiber that contraction ratio in boiling water is 7-10 % as usual in case of spinning over 5000 m/min. The process is characterized by recoiling after heating yarn coiled as 4-7 times to heating roller with 150-300 deg.C. A heating roller forms one pair with separater roller and position of oiling is 500-1000 mm from bottom of spinneret for good pass before heat treatment. If temp. of heating roller is below 150 deg.C and number of recoiling is below 4 times, elevation effect of contraction ratio is not, and if over 300 deg.C, fiber can be adhered by melt.
