The method for the spinning speed of about 5,000 m/min: sets up three cooling chambers in a way that temperature of cooling air of each chamber increases gradually from the first chamber placed just below the spinneret to the third chamber, i.e. 10-25 deg.C, 25-Tg deg.C and Tg-120 deg.C respectively, and so that cooling air is fed obliquely in the running direction of the filaments, i.e. 25-65. The method solves the high-tension of winding, unevenness of physical properties, and no good spinnability faced often in conventional spinning methods by improving cooling method.
