PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A POLYESTER FIBER BY ULTRA HIGH SPEED SPINNING METHOD

A fabrication method of polyester fiber having physical property of SDY(Spin Draw Yarn) is provided to improve a radiation velocity without a roller. The method comprises the steps of: radiating a polyester polymer by a velocity of 5000 mpm more than using a base(1) having a hood heater(9) located at the lower part of the base(1); cooling the radiated polyester polymer; and interfacing the cooled polyester polymer by passing through a first and a second heating pipe(3,4), thereby fabricating the polyester fabric. The first and second pipes have a length of 1.0-2.0 meters, a radius of 25-50mm and a temperature of 100-250deg. C.
