OPENING DEVICE OF FRIED TOFU FOR INARI-ZUSHI

PURPOSE: To provide a method for opening a fried soybean curd (Tofu) by assuredly holding it without damaging in order to packing a cooked rice and ingredients therein, in producing INARI-ZUSHI (a vinegared rice ball wrapped in a bag of fried Tofu seasoned with sugar and soy sauce). ;CONSTITUTION: An upper rocking shaft 6 equipped with plural number of curved piercing bars 8 and a press plate 7 threadable for the bars 8 are integrally set up in a vertically movable way above an intermittently carrying conveyer 2 provided with slits 1 in parallel with one another, while a lower rocking shaft 11 equipped with plural number of piercing bars 12 threadable through the slits 1 is set up against the rocking shaft 6 below the conveyer 2; the upper rocking shaft 6 and the press plate 7 are then lowered to press the surface of a fried Tofu A on the conveyer 5 with the plate 7 followed by simultaneously revolving both the upper and lower rocking shafts 6, 11 to hold the obverse surface and reverse surface of the fried Tofu A by the bars 8 and bars 12 as if fishing hook-fashion, respectively; subsequently, the upper rocking shaft 6 and the plate 7 are raised to open the fried Tofu A to pack a cooked rice and ingredients therein, and both the upper and lower rocking shafts 6, 11 are reversely revolved to unhold the fried Tofu.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
