PURPOSE: To make the electric characteristic of the dedicated jig coincident with that of a product by interposing a head substrate, on which an oscillator (OSC) buffer circuit and a capacitor or the like are arranged, between a contact pin and a connection code. ;CONSTITUTION: Transmission characteristics and impedance characteristics are made coincident between a tuner module 45 and an interface circuit 42 by integrating chip parts such as a resistor or a capacitor on a head substrate 31. On the other hand, the OSC buffer circuit is arranged on the substrate 31, and the OSC buffer circuit and an OSC built in the module 45 are directly connected by a contact pin P. The relation of connection between the OSC and the OSC buffer circuit is almost equal to connecting relation to connect both of them by a wiring pattern when the module 45 is set to the product. Since a connection cord 43 is connected to the output side of the OSC buffer circuit, the influences of lead inductance and stray capacity caused by the cord 43 can be ignored, and a tuning voltage can be prevented from being shifted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
