MOBILE VEHICLE INCORPORATING CLEAN AIR SUPPLY UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an operator between clean rooms under a state in which he/she wears non-dust clothes and reduce a moving time by purifying air supplied to a vehicle through a filter and outputting the purified air, recovering the purified air under the mobile vehicle and returning it to a blower through a duct. ;SOLUTION: Air is supplied into a vehicle 10 by a blower 1 attached to the ceiling of a mobile vehicle 100. The air supplied from the blower 1 is purified by a filter 2 provided between the blower 1 and the vehicle 10 and the purified air is outputted. Then, the purified air supplied from the blower 1 is recovered under the floor of the mobile vehicle 100 and the obtained air is returned to the blower 1 through a duct 3. Accordingly, the vehicle 10 of the mobile vehicle 100 is free from dust similarly to a case in which one is in a clean room. Thus, an operator (driver) can move between the clean rooms while he wears non-dust clothes and move between the clean rooms in a short time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
