PURPOSE:To easily obtain a thick film consisting of plural elements by spraying a mixture of superfine grains having a composition of high temp. superconducting material prepared by heating and evaporating an evaporation source provided in a superfine grain-forming chamber together with an oxygen- containing carrier gas onto a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An evaporation source 78 in a superfine grain-forming chamber 51 is heated and evaporated, and a mixture of the superfine grains of plural elements having a composition of high temp. superconducting material is formed. Subsequently, the above mixture of superfine grains is sprayed together with an oxygen-containing carrier gas through a nozzle 91 onto a heated substrate 82, by which a film of superfine grains can be formed on the substrate 82 by adhesion.
