SUBSTANCE: microwave microassembly uses cup-shaped dielectric casing 1 with openings for coaxial connectors in its walls, cover 2 installed on casing 1, elements of microwave circuit 5, flat conductors of strip elements of microwave circuit 5, internal conductors of the coaxial connectors placed in the openings of the walls of casing 1 and electrically connected to the flat conductors of the respective strip elements of the microwave circuit, external conductors 4 of the coaxial connectors coaxially, secured on the walls of casing 1 with their openings with the openings for the coaxial connectors, and current-conducting microwave screen 7 of the strip elements of microwave circuit 5 electrically connected to external conductors 4 of the coaxial connectors; the flat conductors of the strip elements of microwave circuit 5 are applied onto the inner surface of the walls and bottom of cup-shaped dielectric casing 1, and current-conducting microwave screen 7 of the strip elements of microwave circuit 5 is made in the form of a bonding layer applied onto the external surface of casing 1 with formation of sections 6 of its external surface around the openings for the coaxial connectors free of bonding; internal conductors 3 of the coaxial connectors are rigidly connected to the walls of the above openings of dielectric casing 1. EFFECT: simplified design and improved strength of mechanical connection of the dielectric plate to the casing (in particular, elimination of stresses because of the difference of the thermal coefficient of linear expansion in the joint of the dielectric plate to the casing) improved electrical connection of the current-conducting microwave screen to the casing and elimination of spurious capacitances and spurious guidance systems between the screen and device casing, increased area used for placement of elements of the microwave circuit, reduced labour content of installation of perpendicular connectors. 2 dwg
