METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REGISTERING REMARKS IN ACCOUNTING BOOK PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the destination of registration while designating the range of remarks through minimum operation. ;SOLUTION: Concerning this method, the remarks of character strings explaining the actions of commercial transaction to the borrowing side, the lending side or both the borrowing side and the lending side are registered in an accounting book program. At such a time, in the case of registration on the borrowing side, the range of character strings is surrounded by one symbol pair, in the case of registration on the lending side, the range of character strings is surrounded by the other symbol pair and in the case of registration on both the lending side and the borrowing side, the range of character strings is surrounded by further another symbol pair. When fixture is inputted, based on the kind of symbol pair, these character strings are registered on the borrowing side, the lending side or both the borrowing side and the lending side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
