PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce electrical components with cables by mutually connecting the corresponding connecting elements of two electronic components with individual electric wires and bundling the wires with a cover into a cable. ;SOLUTION: A probe body 20 has an ultrasonic transducer array 300 which is constituted on a plastic polymer film, and this film has electric lines 504 corresponding to ultrasonic transducers. A connector 24 has a contact 902 with electric lines 904 laid on the contact surface of the contact 902. Mutually corresponding electric lines 504, 904 of the electric components 20, 24 are respectively connected through individual electric wires 114, which are then bundled with a cover and made into a cable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
