CARRY-IN AND CARRY-OUT METHOD FOR PALLETS FOR MOVING ROAD, LIFTING DEVICE, ITS MOUNTING TABLE, HANGING MEMBER, DOLLY AND SLEEPER FOR USE IN THE METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a carryout method for pallets for moving road capable of safely and smoothly performing the pallet removing works and the pallet moving works to outside the inlet/outlet of the moving road. ;SOLUTION: Each pallet 2 is coupled with a hanger rope 21 of a lifting device through a hanging member 3. The rope 21 is wound up, and round a rear wheel shaft 40 whereto a pallet guide chain is fixed, the pallet 2 is rotated upward, i.e., in the direction of Arrow P1 and is moved at a specified angle in the direction of Arrow Q1 so that it is set off from the rear wheel shaft 40. Pallet 2 hung down by the lifting device is rotated approx. 90 degs. within a horizontal plane, is moved onto a dolly located in the specified position by sliding a lifting device mounting table upon a handrail, and is placed on the dolly which is operated so that a movement is conducted to outside the inlet/ outlet of a moving road.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
