The system has a railroad car with a central dolly (4) for receiving a road vehicle, and two hoisting devices. Each device is mounted at the rear of a forwarder (2) and has a laterally inclined re-railing telescopic mast (5). The hoisting devices slightly lift the dolly for moving the dolly from ground to a railroad car or from the railroad car to the ground.
