"COMPOSITIONS BASED ON HERB EXTRACT WITH IMMUNITY REINFORCEMENT CAPACITY AND TO STIMULATE CELL MEDIATED IMMUNITY, AND METHODS FOR PREPARING A COMPOSITION BASED ON HERBAL EXTRACT, TO PREPARE AN EXTRACT BASED ON HERBS, TO STIMULATE IMMUNITY IN VITRO CELLS, TO INHIBIT HIV INFECTION IN VITRO, AND TO INHIBIT Gp120 BINDING TO MT-4 IN VITRO CELLS ", comprising a herbal extract composition comprising JAR extract, ROMAN extract, HIBISCO extract and tea extract. The herbal extract-based composition according to the present invention demonstrates to stimulate lymphocyte transformation and cytokine production in vitro, and to inhibit gp 120 binding in vitro, and provides a potential candidate for therapies and treatments of immune disorders and HIV infection.
