PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display apparatus and method for forming array substrate use in thereof is provided to improve aperture rate and prevent crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises plurality of scanning wires and plurality of signal wires arranged row and column respectively, activity element controlled by the scanning wires and signal wires disposed matrix type, pixel electrode connected the activity element, the pixel electrode lie one upon the scanning wires and the signal wires via transparency dielectric layer, array substrate having first rubbing layer, common electrode disposed on the opposite of the pixel electrode, second rubbing layer formed on the common electrode, and intermediate rubbing layer for supplying different distortion to the liquid crystal molecule for the intermediate region between adjacent the pixels.
