A method for preparation of vesicles loaded with biological structures, biopolymers and/or -oligomers comprising the step of co-drying a fraction of amphiphatic material and a fraction of biological structures, biopolymers and/or -oligomers wherein said fraction of amphiphatic material is present in an organic solvent which is miscible with water and said fraction of biological structures, biopolymers and/or -oligomers is present in an aqueous medium.
