PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network control system, in which a control terminal downloads a control menu data and command data so as to control a network terminal, that enhances the reusability of the control menu data. ;SOLUTION: The control terminal downloads the control menu data from a control menu data sever terminal and downloads command data from a controlling network terminal separately. The control menu data have bind data with the command data and the command data have bind data with the control menu data, and the control terminal binds the control menu data and the command data. The same control menu data can be used for a network terminal with a different command so as to enhance the reusability of the control menu data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
