Health food using pine pollen and method for preparing the same

PURPOSE: A process for preparing health food using pine pollen powder by mixing pine pollen powder with crystalline fructose, glucose, maltitol and conventional food additives is provided, which makes it easy to eat pine pollen powder. CONSTITUTION: The subject health food comprises 40 to 60% by weight of pine pollen powder, 20 to 30% by weight of crystalline fructose, 15 to 25% by weight of glucose, 1 to 2% by weight of maltitol, and conventional food additives to 100% by weight. The conventional food additives are selected from the group consisting of milk calcium mixtures, vitamin C, citric acid, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, zinc oxide, iron lactate and niacin amide.
