To recover heat from the incinerator with the following steps:;(A) Fluidized bed incinerators with fluidized bed, wherein a plurality of U-shaped heat pipes each consisting of two vertical pipe sections and curved pipe sections are detachably disposed in a vertical direction from the wall of the incinerator into the incinerator so that the curved pipe sections are immersed in the fluidized bed. and,;(B) The heat generated by the combustion of the waste in the fluidized bed is recovered through the hydrothermal medium by sequentially passing the one vertical tube portion, the curved tube portion, and the other vertical tube portion of each of the plurality of heat transfer tubes.
