PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing three-dimensional printed matter to form lenses by a silk screen printing and to print designs by an offset, and a three-dimensional printed matter. PSOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing three-dimensional printed matter and the three-dimensional printed matter, regular rugged patterns on the front surface of a transparent sheet material (A) at a size of 30 to 150 lines/inch are formed by a silk screen printing method in such a manner that the recessed surface portions have smooth segments of 1 to 50 m in width, then the designs on the rear surface are formed by the offset multicolor printing using the plate made by subjecting a color original for three-dimensional images to image segmentation in compliance with the pitch of the lenses at the resolution below 230 lines/inch.
