To provide a three-dimensional printed matter which hardly generates image cracks and dispenses with a plurality of times of positioning in a printing step, a method for forming a three-dimensional printed matter, and an apparatus for forming a three-dimensional printed matter.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional printed matter has: a laminated formation of, in order from the top face side, on the top face on one side of the substrate, a foam layer containing a microfoam body expanding by foaming due to heating up to a predetermined temperature or more; an electromagnetic wave absorption layer printed on the foam layer, and containing an electromagnetic wave absorption ink which generates heat by absorbing electromagnetic waves in a region of a predetermined wavelength; and an image forming ink layer containing image forming ink which forms an image on the electromagnetic wave absorption layer, where the electromagnetic absorption layer has a pattern part formed into a predetermined shape, the image forming ink layer has an image pattern part formed into predetermined shape, and the image pattern part is arranged by positioning with the pattern part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
