PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering block that can exhibit a revetment function, a bed protecting function, and the like and further enhance harmony with surrounding natural environment.;SOLUTION: This civil engineering block is constituted by attaching soil solidified matters 7 on the upper face of a concrete pedestal 6, and the civil engineering block 4 is installed on a construction face 2. The construction face 2 is thereby covered with the heavy concrete pedestal to exhibit the functions of revetment, bed protection (foot protection), and the like, and the soil solidified matters 7 at the pedestal 6 quicken the growth of plants, which results in creating the habitation environment of animals and plants as well as a view.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
