PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an unknown and known nucleic acid mutation rapidly, easily and at a low cost, and an exhibition method thereof.;SOLUTION: Problems are solved by a method for detecting a nucleic acid mutation through a difference and a feature of a temperature (Tm value) in which a double-stranded nucleic acid or an amplification product thereof is heated to melt into a single-stranded nucleic acid.
