PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly, easily and inexpensively detecting the mutation of a nucleic acid.;SOLUTION: This method for easily detecting the mutation of a nucleic acid in a short time comprises heating a double-stranded DNA or an amplified product thereof and analyzing the difference of the temperature (Tm value) at which it is dissociated into a single-stranded DNA and the characteristics of the difference.
