PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a food allergen, to provide an antibody used for the method, and to provide an antigen for preparing the antibody.;SOLUTION: This antigen is a mixture of food allergens that comprise unmodified and/or modified substances recognized by the IgE antibody of a food allergy patient. The antibody is obtained by immunizing an animal with the antigen. The method for detecting the food allergen uses the antibody.
