PURPOSE: A charge pump circuit is provided which compensates for a current mismatch, and a phase locked loop(PLL) circuit is provided, which uses the charge pump circuit. CONSTITUTION: The charge pump circuit generates a pumping output signal, in response to the first signal and the second signal. A pull-up transistor(23) increases a voltage level of the pumping output signal, in response to the first signal. And a pull-down transistor(25) decreases the voltage level of the pumping output signal, in response to the second signal. When the voltage level of the pumping output signal, the first subsidiary transistor(27) generates the first control signal controlling to reduce the first current flowing through the pull-up transistor. And the second subsidiary transistor(29) generates the second control signal controlling to reduce a difference between the first current intensity and the second current intensity flowing through the pull-down transistor, in response to a voltage level variation of the pumping output signal.
