PURPOSE: An automatic peeler of onion is provided, which can peels onion peel quickly in large quantities by installing peeler. CONSTITUTION: The automatic peeler of onion is characterized by comprising; transfer port(3) that is moved in a cycle by air cylinder(2) to laying a lot of onion installation ring(1); ring groove that makes keep the installation ring(1) as the constant height on outside of the chain(4) installed continuously transfer port(3) as ellipsoid at regular intervals; installation ring-inducing board that bent as section of S-shape that leads dropped installation ring(1) as self weight in the contrary to ring groove; cutter is installed, which cuts root and stem of onion at the conversion part of the ring groove and installation ring-inducing board; and removal device of skin is installed, which removes the skin of onion by dropping installation ring(1) loaded cut onion at the back side of cutter.
