An automatic onion peeling machine designed to peel onions by the contact of onions and a roller, prevent the deviation of onions and blow off onion skins by compressed air is provided to effectively peel onions without damage and collects peeled onions and onion skins. An automatic onion peeling machine consists of: an onion supply device(10) to supply each of onions; a knife edge device(20) to cut a line on the onion; a peeling device(30) to peel the onions by the rotational friction of a roller; a position deviation preventing device(40) to prevent the deviation of onions from the peeling by injecting compressed air; a position moving device(50) to move the position of one side roller of the peeling device; a sorting device(60) to sort peeled onions while being engaged in the position moving device; a drive motor(70) to transmit power to each device; a compressed air supply device(80) to supply compressed air to the position deviation preventing device; and a control box(90) to control the operation of each device.
